Group Fitness Camps
SuperKid Fitness/Superfit Kids camps are just for kids and teens. Staying healthy and fit can be difficult, and sometimes children need a new environment which includes education, nutrition, fitness, and motivation to live at a healthy weight. Us Here at Superfit Kids work to help kids lose weight and keep it off through a combination of fitness, nutrition, and education. We have proven to be effective not just for losing weight during, but also for helping the weight stay off.

Little Kickers™ ages 5 thu12 and Teen Heat™ ages 13 thu17
HOW IT WORKS
Every day will consist of a combination of low-calorie meals, fun exercise activities interactive games, cardio fat burning classes and Hydraulic Machines that target all muscle groups in a circulatory fast pace circular gaming routine. We will be working on really cool programs that will have children engaged in learning how the importance of fitness and wellness to take with them through their journey through life.

Studies found that group exercise participants had significant improvements of 12.6 percent in mental health, 24.8 percent in physical health, 26 percent in emotional health and a 26.2 percent reduction in perceived stress levels. Participants in the individual fitness routines worked out twice as long as the group participants and reported no significant changes in anything but mental health, with an 11 percent increase.
