If you didn’t know the USDA MyPlate program teaches nutrition on a actual plate with the five food categories, fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins and dairy.
The good news is that you don’t need a degree in nutrition to raise healthy kids. Following some basic guidelines can help you encourage your kids to eat right and maintain a healthy weight.

We also will be bringing in from different parts of the world know chefs ,cooks and maybe well know TV celebrities that you see on TV every day. We also are involved with well know non-profits dedicated in changing kids’ lives through nutrition and wellness.
